Candace Horgan has been writing for U.S. College Hockey Online, the premier publication for college hockey in the U.S., since 2006. She started by writing recaps of Denver University games, also covering games at Colorado College and the U.S. Air Force. In 2007, in addition to writing recaps, she was hired as the Saturday night recap editor, editing game recaps from around the country according to AP Style and posting them. In 2010, USCHO appointed Candace as the D-III and Women’s editor, where she has been in charge of editing weekly columns on men’s D-III and women’s D-I and D-III hockey. Starting in the 2013-2014 season, Candace will be USCHO’s weekly columnist for the new National Collegiate Hockey Conference, and will also continue as the Women’s editor for D-I and D-III. She also continues to work as a recap editor, as well as write recaps of Denver, Colorado College, and Air Force games. She frequently shoots photos of the games she writes recaps of.
